The Corina Higginson Trust has moved to a new web-based proposal submission process. To apply, please visit:
You’ll be asked to create a profile in our new system. After creating your profile, you’ll receive another email inviting you to complete your registration in our system. The email will come from: noreply@smapply.io so please check your spam folder.
The online LOI application is very similar to the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers’ format that we’ve used for years. Hopefully it will feel familiar to you.
As usual, please pay particular attention to the Trust’s stated purpose, and target audience when preparing your application – keeping in mind that the Trust does not fund scholarship or brick and mortar projects. The Trust rarely funds at levels higher than $5,000. You can submit a request for more, but I’d strongly suggest that your project be “scalable” in that case, so that it’s clear to the Trustees that a smaller grant would still be meaningful.
The LOI deadline for the Fall 2018 round is July 7, 11:59pm. If you have any questions or have trouble accessing our new system, please email info@corinahigginsontrust.org. We’ll be providing support for you during this application round, as always, so please let us know if you need assistance.
